In Clinics, Schedule

Hey Guys,

I just landed in Kansas City, and I’m headed out to Independence to do a clinic at Brute Nationals. My training has been going really well, I’m starting to turn it up another level in my wrestling, which is promising because I haven’t been able to do that in a long time. Today was a tough travel day, but I went on an hour long walk to try and get the traveling out of my system, and tomorrow will be a light cardio day. One thing I’ve learned to do over the past six years is to listen to my body and push it to the breaking point, but to be sure not to break it. Sometimes freak things happen that are out of your control, but you need to keep moving forward.

Another thing I am always trying to do is to find an edge, whether that is enhancing my diet, changing my sleep patterns, or changing my workout schedule. There is always work to be done, and always a way to enhance your performance. You’ve only got one body, and it’s not like a car, if you “total it” you can’t go into the nearest dealership and get a new one. You’ve got one and it needs serious TLC.
